David Webb

David Webb is a Senior Manager in Property Management at Lockheed Martin, specializing in the F-35 Sustainment Program. With over 30 years of experience in property management, Webb has held various program and project management roles within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company. Webb retired as a Colonel from the Texas Army National Guard after 32 years of service, during which they commanded an Infantry Brigade and advised Afghan National Defense Security Force leaders. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
