Dean Lin

Dean Lin serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Lockheed Martin Investment Management Company, where they oversee all transactional matters for one of the largest US private pension funds. Previously, Dean held associate positions at K&L Gates LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP, gaining extensive experience in M&A and bank financing. Dean earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. in English Literature and Economics from Columbia University, along with studying English Literature during a junior year abroad at the University of Cambridge.
