Dean Rose, MBA, M.S., is currently the Corporate Functional Excellence Lead and serves as a Product Owner/Functional Lead on corporate projects focused on digital transformation technologies. Dean has extensive experience in program management and project engineering, specializing in continuous improvement and agile methodologies. Previously at Lockheed Martin, Dean held various roles, including Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Engineer Senior Staff. Dean earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Manufacturing Management from Penn State University and La Salle University.
