Dean "Stag" Stephens is a Lead T-6 Instructor Pilot at Spartan Iraq, where they mentor and lead pilot training operations. They served a 20-year career with the United States Air Force, culminating as Wing Inspector General. With extensive experience in aviation operations and training consultancy, they have worked closely with the Iraqi Air Force and various organizations to improve air operations. Currently, Dean is pursuing a Master's in Aerospace Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
