Deb Tees

Deb Tees is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational capability, notably serving at Lockheed Martin from June 2009 to August 2015 in roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of Talent & Organizational Capability and Director of Learning & Capability Development. Tees successfully led culture integration across two large organizations, developed strategic workforce plans, and executed complex organizational change projects.
