Dennis Bard has over 30 years of experience in Department of Defense acquisitions and aviation logistics, specializing in aircraft maintenance, modifications, program management, and supply chain management. They held various leadership positions at Lockheed Martin from 2014 to 2018, including F-35 MOU Site Manager and Senior Manager of Advanced Development Programs Sustainment Support. Prior to that, Dennis served as an Aviation Logistician with the US Marine Corps and directed supply chain management for the V-22 and CH-46 programs at the Naval Inventory Control Point. Dennis earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Trident University International and holds several certifications from the Defense Acquisition University.
