Derek Turner

Derek Turner is a Sr Manager of Program Management at Lockheed Martin, where they lead teams in production strategy deployment and operational excellence. Previously, they served as an F-35 Operations Project Manager and held multiple leadership roles focused on developing high-potential professionals in operations. Through their extensive experience in project management and business development at both Lockheed Martin and Day & Zimmermann, Derek has influenced strategic planning and innovation within the industry. They hold a Master's Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and are currently pursuing a certification in Principles of Lean from the University of Michigan.
