Donna Aaron

Donna Aaron, MBA, CSDP, is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Micron Technology, where they have been serving since 2022. With over 20 years of experience, they previously held the position of Diversity Program Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they developed corporate diversity strategies and launched engagement programs. In addition to their role at Micron, Donna is a Marketing Consultant Volunteer at the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion since 2016 and serves as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for Lockheed Martin. Donna is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Northwood University.
