Earl Madison

Earl Madison serves as the Director of Business Development at Lockheed Martin, a role held since August 2004, where responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies for major defense space programs. Notable accomplishments during Earl Madison's career include leading the capture of significant contracts such as the $11B GPS-III satellite program and the $1B Space Fence program. Earl Madison previously held positions such as Chief of Staff of the National Security Space Architect and Division Chief within the Joint Staff, and commanded the 10th Signal Battalion in the US Army. Earl Madison's educational background includes a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
