Edward Payne is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience at Lockheed Martin, where they have held roles as Senior Program Manager in Constructive Simulations since 2006. They have also contributed to Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support in a senior capacity. Edward earned a Master’s Degree from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Currently, Edward is enjoying retirement.
