Effort Toplin is a current LM Fellow at Lockheed Martin, where they have been since 2016. With extensive experience in project management, configuration management, and electrical engineering, Effort previously served as a project engineer at United Defense and held senior engineering roles at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
