Elise H. is an Operations Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they leverage their expertise in analytics, project management, and data-driven decision making. Previously, Elise gained valuable experience as a Continuous Improvement Co-Op at Delta Air Lines and an intern at GE Aviation. They served as the Director of Philanthropy and VP of Community Relations for Alpha Phi International Fraternity during their time at Georgia Tech, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, Elise participated in a study abroad program at Humboldt University of Berlin and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Elise possesses strong problem-solving and organizational skills, reflecting their passion for the Aerospace industry.
