Ellen McIsaac is a Lockheed Martin Associate Fellow and an adjunct faculty member at Antelope Valley College, where they teach engineering courses. They currently lead a multi-site team focused on the development, production, and sustainment of advanced materials and structures. Ellen graduated from the Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Leadership Program and holds a Bachelor of Science in materials science and engineering from MIT, along with two Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from UConn and management science and engineering from Stanford. Formerly, they held various engineering and management roles at Lockheed Martin and Pratt & Whitney, cultivating extensive experience in advanced materials and leadership within STEM organizations.
