Eric Files is a seasoned Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in procurement, vendor negotiation, and lean manufacturing. They have held significant positions at various companies, including Lockheed Martin and Rowley Spring and Stamping Corporation, where they managed purchasing functions, negotiated long-term agreements, and achieved substantial cost savings. They are a certified welder and an SAP power user, with a solid educational background in computer science from Tunxis Community College. Currently, Eric continues to leverage their expertise in supply chain management at Lockheed Martin.
