Eric Lednicky

Eric Lednicky is a senior Navy Civilian and retired Naval Officer with over 28 years of diverse experience in operations research and military analysis. Currently serving as an Operations Research Principal at Lockheed Martin, Eric translates complex operational requirements into actionable metrics, leveraging a strong background in defense programs and advanced analytical techniques. An alumnus of the Naval Postgraduate School where Eric earned a Master of Science in Operations Research, Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Throughout their distinguished career, Eric has excelled in leadership roles, including as Branch Head of the USW Assessments Branch at OPNAV and as a commissioned Naval Officer with significant operational experience. A veteran of multiple combat campaigns, Eric maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance.
