Eric Steinberg

Eric Steinberg is an experienced project engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they have been recognized for effectively leading cross-functional teams and leveraging earned value management across various aircraft platforms since 2022. They are currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer Analyst in Sikorsky E&T Digital and Business Transformation, developing tools to enhance organizational efficiency and training. Prior to this role, Eric co-founded Mahoney Machine & Fabrication and held positions at Medtronic, Waters Corporation, and The Lee Company, where they drove significant improvements in engineering and project management. Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2012.
