Erick Diaz, MBA, is an experienced leader in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality & Mission Success for the Integrated Fighter Group at Lockheed Martin. They have a strong background in Quality Assurance, Production Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Employee Engagement. Previously, Diaz held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Manager of F-35 Quality and Senior Manager of Advanced Development Programs Production. They began their career at Pratt & Whitney, where they advanced through several engineering and supervisory roles. Diaz holds a Master of Business Administration from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and has completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
