Francis Trias

Francis Trias is a dynamic Technical Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Currently serving as an Electro-Optical Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since 2019, Francis previously held roles including Senior Systems Test Engineer, where they led critical factory and on-orbit testing for military communications systems. Francis was accepted into the Systems Engineering Mid-Career Advanced Development Program at Lockheed Martin due to exemplary performance. They earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
