Frank Zeni

Frank Zeni is a Chief Engineering Senior Manager and Cyber Principal Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they have provided leadership for over 30 Principal engineers and directed programs valued over $1 billion since 2005. Previously, they served 20 years in the United States Air Force, taking on various roles in Communications Engineering, Program Management, and Leadership, while also holding positions such as Project Manager and Communications Lead at the White House Communications Agency. Frank possesses extensive experience in operational change management and systems integration, which has consistently contributed to successful mission outcomes and long-term project success. They earned a degree from Strayer University-Maryland with a 4.0 GPA from 2005 to 2008.
