Frederick Oberste

Frederick Oberste is a retired Senior Program Manager with over 30 years of experience in market segment management and program leadership at Lockheed Martin. They previously served in various roles, including Deputy Homeland Security Line of Business and F-35 Sustainment Program Excellence Senior Manager. Frederick began their career as a US Navy Submarine Service Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Throughout their career, they excelled in fostering customer relationships and executing complex programs across domestic and international platforms.
