Glenn Johnson

Glenn Johnson is an experienced facilities and maintenance management professional with a robust background in engineering and operations. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Lockheed Martin since October 2025, Glenn previously worked as Sr. Facilities Engineer Manager at Howmet Aerospace, where significant contributions were made to improve equipment reliability and resolve process defects. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at ARAMARK CORP, where Glenn managed industrial maintenance across multiple locations and implemented performance improvement programs, as well as Maintenance Supervisor positions at General Motors and PepsiCo, where oversight of maintenance staff and equipment in accordance with corporate standards was a key focus.
