Grace Lavin

Grace Lavin is a Systems Engineer currently participating in the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) at Lockheed Martin, where they are acquiring hands-on experience in technical and leadership roles. Grace earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Cornell University. Their previous experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin as both a System Engineering Intern and a member of the engineering staff in Radar Systems. Additionally, Grace held positions at LifeBowls as a Barista and at Amazon Fulfillment Centre as a Fulfillment Associate, and contributed to the Unmanned Aerial Systems Team during their time at Penn State.
