Grant Castleberry

Grant Castleberry is a Lead Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where they apply systems engineering to enhance capabilities for F-22 and F-16 customers. With extensive experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple advanced aviation programs, Grant has contributed to the development and integration of various air vehicle systems and engineering processes. They have held roles ranging from Integrated Product Team Lead to Systems Engineering Principal, specializing in network-centric warfare and verification across technical domains. Grant is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Systems Engineering and holds both an MBA and degrees in Aerospace Engineering.
