Gregory Thompson

Gregory Thompson is an accomplished Combat/Weapons Systems Manager at Lockheed Martin, overseeing engineers and technicians in the AEGIS Combat and Weapon Systems group. Previously, Gregory participated as a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow at Barclays, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management. A former Program Manager in the US Navy, Gregory led diverse teams in the development and delivery of complex systems for naval applications and managed advanced training and operational readiness as a Commander. Additional experience includes roles in intelligence analysis, training management, and operational leadership across multiple Navy assignments. Gregory holds a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, an MBA from Columbia College, and a degree in Meteorology & Oceanography from State University of New York Maritime College.
