Hannah Beaty, MBA, is currently the Manager of Employee & Executive Communications at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where they lead the communications team for Operations, Engineering & Technology, and develop engagement plans for the chief information officer. With over 10 years of experience, Hannah previously served in various roles at Susan G. Komen, culminating in the position of Marketing & Communications Director, where they honed skills in critical thinking, communications, and business process optimization. Hannah earned an MBA from Baylor University, graduating with top student distinction and being inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
