Hayden Harrell is currently the Operations Talent Development Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, having held various managerial and engineering roles within the company since 2021. Previously, Hayden contributed to the GLUAS Drone Project as a Research Assistant at Lehigh University in 2014 and was involved in product development at IncuMagic, LLC the same year. Before that, Hayden completed a Power Train Analysis Co-op at BMW Manufacturing in 2012-2013. Hayden holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, where they also studied Aerospace and Economics.
