Heather Daniels

Heather Daniels is the Vice President of Environment, Safety, Health and Sustainability at Lockheed Martin, a position held since November 2003. In this role, Heather leads the organization responsible for shaping policies and programs that ensure a safe working environment, conserve natural resources, and promote long-term stewardship of environmental, social, and financial capital. Heather's extensive experience at Lockheed Martin includes roles such as Director of Enterprise Risk and Sustainability, and Director of Corporate ESH Advocacy & Governance, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise risk management, sustainability strategy, and compliance performance improvement. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Heather worked as an Environmental Engineer at Martin Marietta Corporation and held positions at GE. Heather holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Physics and English from the University of Notre Dame.
