Howard Silverman

Howard Silverman is a retired Satellite Payload Lead at Lockheed Martin Space, where they had extensive experience in the system-level design and implementation of RF communications systems for both commercial and government satellites. They managed all aspects of systems’ lifecycles, including business development, design, integration, and testing, while leading multifunctional engineering teams for over 20 satellite programs. Howard earned a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and another in Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Prior to this, Howard worked as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer and enjoyed a successful career managing communications payloads and engineering teams at Lockheed Martin.
