Jacob Willey

Jacob Willey, M.S. I-O Psych, is a Senior Strategic Planner at Lockheed Martin, where they recently transitioned back to the F-35 program. They began their career as a mechanic and field engineer within the F-35 program after serving in the US Air Force post-9/11. Jacob is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Auburn University with aspirations to influence Lockheed Martin's corporate culture. In addition to their professional work, they volunteer as a recess supervisor at a local middle school and support community projects through the Rotary Club.
