James Halfmann, E.I.T., is a Skunk Works Subsystem Design Engineer with a background in aerospace engineering and material review. They gained experience at Lockheed Martin from 2020 to 2022, working as an Aerospace Engineer on the Material Review Board and interning in supplier quality for the F-35. Prior to that, James tutored engineering and math subjects at Texas Tech University while completing their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. They also interned at Beck Steel, where they reviewed structural blueprints and optimized workflow. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management at SMU Lyle School of Engineering.
