James Kostka

James Kostka is currently the Head of Technology Strategy & Operations at Lockheed Martin, where they focus on technology commercialization and advanced materials and manufacturing. Previously, they held various engineering and leadership roles at GE Aviation, including Lead Engineer for Materials and Manufacturing and Senior Program Manager for Manufacturing Engineering. James also worked as a Senior Operations Program Manager for Emerging Technologies at Apple and completed the Edison Engineering Development Program at GE Lighting. They earned an MBA from Xavier University and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering and Polymer Science and Engineering, respectively, from Case Western Reserve University.
