James Ni

James (Jim) Ni is a strategy and program management professional with over 25 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, they lead the Engineering Manufacturing and Development phase of the IRST system for the USAF. Jim has held various leadership roles, including overseeing production programs with significant profit and loss responsibilities, and has successfully driven product line growth and integration strategies across multiple military platforms. They earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
