Jamie Morvis is a results-oriented senior Corporate Development Executive with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Lockheed Martin since 2014, Jamie leads enterprise-wide M&A transactions and has played a pivotal role in significant acquisitions and divestments, including the $9.0B acquisition of Sikorsky Aircraft. Prior to this, Jamie held leadership positions at OpenText, GXS, and GE, where they focused on corporate development, strategic planning, and M&A activities. Jamie earned an MBA from London Business School and a BS with Honors in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
