Jason Read, PhD, is a seasoned industrial-organizational psychology professional who currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager in People Analytics at Lockheed Martin. With extensive experience in various HR management roles, including Employee Listening and Organizational Development, Jason has contributed significantly to workforce strategies and employee engagement. Previously, Jason was involved in HR research at AT&T and staffing policy at Cingular Wireless. Jason is dedicated to promoting neurodiversity and has a keen interest in generative AI applications within the workplace. They are currently continuing their education at the University of South Florida.
