Jay Lehr has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as a Program Manager and Mechanical Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Manager of Engineering and Design at M. Cohen and Sons from October 2018 to July 2019 and worked as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from April 2017 to October 2018. Jay's earlier career includes roles at Sikorsky, culminating as Light Helicopter Program Lead Engineer and also serving as Mechanical Design Engineer Supervisor and Mechanical Design Engineer/Aircraft Lead. Jay holds a Green Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and possesses a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
