Jay Nossen is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and technical sales. Currently, Jay is a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Lockheed Martin, having taken on this role in 2023. From 2012 to 2023, Jay served as a Technical Sales Engineer at Rotor Clip Co., Inc., and prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, Jay was the Managing Partner at Nossen & Phelan Construction, where they coordinated project efforts and implemented advanced design techniques. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and completed graduate studies in Statistics at Rutgers University from 2002 to 2017.
