Jay Parnell is the Head of Maritime Programmes at Lockheed Martin, responsible for the delivery of all UK Maritime Programmes. With a strong engineering foundation, Jay transitioned into project management in 2002 and has since held various project management roles across engineering and operational domains. Jay joined Lockheed Martin in 2012, initially leading an IT project and later managing significant programmes for Royal Mail before taking charge of the Maritime business in 2017. Jay's contributions have been recognized with the UK Lockheed Martin Vice President's award for excellence in 2014. Jay holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Southampton Solent University.
