Jeff Starnes is a Senior Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin, currently working on the MK21 Fuse Refurbishment Program at Hill AFB, Utah. With extensive experience in Department of Defense systems and test engineering, Jeff previously tested Minuteman III ICBM missiles and integrated new weapons systems into bomber programs at Boeing. Prior to that, Jeff served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in avionics technology. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Currently, Jeff maintains a Top Secret clearance with Special Program Access.
