Jeff Stratton is a Senior Manager of Cyber R&D Programs at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control. With a career spanning over two decades, they have built expertise in cybersecurity, encompassing both offensive and defensive operations, as well as leading large teams and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Previously, Jeff held positions such as Chief Strategy Officer at Ironwood Cyber Inc and Director of Cyber Engineering at SAIC. They began their career as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst at Sandia National Laboratories and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
