Jess Torres is a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Lockheed Martin with over 29 years of experience in the defense industry. They have spent more than 20 years supporting business growth and development across various AEGIS baselines and have served as the Integrated Product Team Lead for the MST Radar department for nearly nine years. Jess has successfully led teams for the AEGIS SPY Radar Systems for both Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force and South Korea's SeJong The Great Class Destroyer, interfacing daily with U.S., Japanese, and South Korean Navy customers. They are skilled in generating Project Management plans and business requirements, contributing to the success of complex defense projects.
