Jessica Mackey

Jessica Mackey is a Security Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO) at Lockheed Martin, where they have served since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at BAE Systems from 2000 to 2005 in various security roles, including Security Education and Training Assistant and DoD Instructor, contributing to compliance and training for a large employee base. They also have military experience as an Administrative Specialist in the US Army Reserves, where they completed eight years and were honorably discharged in 2006. Jessica obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership and later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Conflict Resolution from Southern New Hampshire University.
