Jim Byrne

The Honorable James M. Byrne currently serves as Vice President of Ethics and Business Conduct at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where they oversee the strategic direction of the company's ethics program and compliance training. Byrne has held various pivotal roles, including Chief Privacy Officer and Associate General Counsel at Lockheed Martin, and was nominated and confirmed as General Counsel and the 8th Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs. A distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in engineering, Byrne also earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. In addition to their corporate responsibilities, Byrne is active in mentoring veterans and serving on non-profit boards.
