Jinni Meehan

Jinni Meehan, Ph.D., is a Senior Manager for Civil Space Programs at Lockheed Martin, where they coordinate efforts to position the nation as a leader in commercial and national security space activities. With extensive experience in space policy, Jinni has collaborated with various federal agencies, Congress, and international partners to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and policies. They previously served as the Assistant Director for Space Policy at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and held roles in significant organizations, including NOAA and DARPA. Jinni’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Physics from Utah State University and a Master's in Atmospheric and Space Sciences from Hampton University. Additionally, they are currently an Adjunct Professor at Millersville University, instructing graduate-level courses in space weather.
