Joe Elam

Joe Elam, Jr. is a results-driven professional and retired military officer with extensive experience as a fighter pilot and project manager. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, they lead a diverse team in enhancing the Missile Defense Agency’s systems. Previously, Joe held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Chief of Wing Scheduling and Deputy Chief of Combat Plans Division, where they managed large-scale operations and training for over a decade. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Joe has demonstrated a unique combination of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills throughout their career.
