Joe Uzdzinski is a Senior Fellow at Lockheed Martin with over 35 years of experience in missile defense analysis and systems engineering. After beginning as a Program Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Joe has spent 23 years at Lockheed Martin, leading initiatives in hypersonic defense, missile defense, and advanced technologies. Currently pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, Joe focuses on the impact of technology decisions on defense system acquisitions. Joe holds dual Master's degrees in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania and in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
