John Hately

John Hately is an experienced Systems Engineering Manager with over 20 years in the Canadian and NATO Defense industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Application Delivery at Lockheed Martin since 2009, John specializes in naval contracts and possesses a solid engineering background in leadership, coaching, and tactical planning. Prior to this, John worked as a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant for the Department of National Defense from 1997 to 2009. John holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in 1997, and maintains several security clearances including CISD Top Secret Level 3.
