John S. Williams

John S. Williams is a Quality Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin Aerospace, where they focus on enhancing the quality of military aircraft through process verification and defect prevention strategies. With over 20 years of experience in Process Quality Assurance, they have previously held roles at Carrier Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Stihl, and Cessna Aircraft Company. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and has contributed to numerous international projects, including a year-long assignment in the United Kingdom. Currently, they are dedicated to realigning human capital to improve flexibility and affordability within Lockheed Martin's quality management systems.
