John Stancin

John Stancin is a seasoned leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently pursuing an MBA in Investments from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Lockheed Martin, where they developed and implemented enterprise-wide CI strategies and tools. With a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, they also held key roles at Ball Aerospace, Spirit AeroSystems, and PACCAR, focusing on team development, program management, and driving operational efficiencies. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, John has fostered a culture of continuous improvement throughout their career.
