Jon Gustafson is an experienced professional with a strong background in performance consulting and workforce development. Currently serving as a Performance Consultant at Lockheed Martin, Jon also holds the position of Board Chair at the Tarrant County Workforce Development Board since October 2016, having previously served as Board Member and Second Vice Chair from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in Jon's career, a role as Project Manager at General Physics Corporation from 1992 to 1997 provided valuable project management experience. Jon earned a degree from Boise State University between 1998 and 2002.
