Jon Last is currently the Head of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) at Lockheed Martin, where they deliver multiple ILS and LSA task deliverables while supporting in-service contracts and new business captures. Previously, they served in various roles, including Senior ILS Engineering Specialist at OSI Maritime Systems and ILS Engineer at Selex ES Inc., leading teams and conducting complex engineering analyses. Jon completed formal engineering qualifications, including an HNC in Mechanical Engineering, and has accumulated extensive experience in supportability engineering from their early career as an Engineering Technical Apprentice.
